After the imperial beast tamers, Tian Fang and Ruo Ling, helped the Crown Prince get rid of the Rat Demon, the unsolved case that shocked the capital was finally closed. While the city basked in an atmosphere of peace and joy, another murder occurred in a small fishing village.
